Crashes instantly on iPad Air 2 and iOS 8.x

Does Apple let any app through the door because I dont know how to program either but Im sure I could collect your money easily enough.

Once again, you pay your money first and you get nothing but a hope that someday the seller might deliver something useable. Its an interesting business model.
